James Arceneaux Jr. grew up in Portland, Oregon. After attending the University of Oregon, he moved to the Island of Hawaii. An interest in the entertainment business led him to Los Angeles. He worked in the industry for over 25 years with some of the top entertainers in the world. As a manger, estate manager, personal assistant and road manager he traveled the entire globe. In 2001, James rededicated his life to the Lord. During that time, while having conversations with new believers, James realized that most of them were never taught how to be a disciple, much like his own experience. That’s when he discovered he had a heart for discipleship. Because of that alarming truth James made a personal vow to himself to write books, speak publicly and make the discipleship of new believers the focus of his life and ministry.
