I just started reading a book called "Lifelong Sobriety" the book is really helpful in understanding what a loved one is going through as they try to overcome addiction. Gave them a copy as well for Christmas. http://www.amazon.com/dp/0989569810/

Leslie Morgan Steiner lives in Washington, DC with her husband and three young children. She recently completed her third nonfiction book, The Baby Chase, which explores the ways surrogate pregnancies are changing the face of the American family and expanding what it means to be a mother today.
