Skilled labor

There is a whole heck of a lot of skilled labor locked down these days, lets bring these men and woman out, give them a chance. Look Mr and Ms General Public, no doubt some folks do bad things, but this does not make them bad people, lets give them new tools to succeed, before they choose the ones they know how to use best
