10 immigrants rescued from Arizona desert

Border Patrol agents assigned to the Border Search, Trauma and Rescue Team rescued 10 suspected illegal immigrants Tuesday traveling in the scorching sun.

The group had been abandoned by their guide and was lost in a west desert area. The Border Patrol says the immigrants were in good health and are being held for processing.
