On dec 18 2011 my son anthony who was 16 was at a group home called one way farm. Him and the other boy lance tiernan were arguing over a flashlight. Lance tired of it, went over anthony who sitting, slapped him on head, tht knocked anthony..anthong crawled away and tried to leave room .but lance charge him bear hug up and slammed him head first in concrete floor then stood over him taunting and fionally punching him the head again..the workers finally came in broke it up..but didnt help anthony get it up they walked away and he was trying to get up its on video..they said he was fine and sent him to bed.three hours later third shift came on check beds and found anthony not breathing..called squad and police..when we got to hospital he had severe bleedin in brain..did surgery to stop it and dr said if he was brought in earlier he might be alive..but he never regained life..took him off life support dec 28 when he then passed..in the meantime the boy had trial and found guilty of involuntary manslaughter..sentencin is aug 20..there is a lawsuit against the farm and found out ohio revised code for head injury is he should been checked on every fifteen minutes and he nevr was
