The patients I care for have a long history of drug and alcohol abuse, also being long term detained in mental health units, prisons and the younger ones in youth offender units. Different age ranges.

Hi everyone hope this week sees more good work and positive direction for people

Just completed a course on supervising patients using the gym, alot of the patients i care for are on strong psychiatric drugs and have difficulty with issues around motivation, energy and focus. with weight problems and control. They have bad eating habits and drink excessive amounts cococola, redbull,lucozade fizzy drinks.
