"I am Somebody. I am Me. I like being me and I need nobody to make me Somebody......I am an artist of my own creation and I like myself....For it's
not your job to like me...it's MINE!"

The art of self-appreciation (self love) is the key to unlocking the good feelings you'd like to feel inside of you. You need to practice self appreciation an
effort to strengthen that foundation, stay in alignment with who you really are,
and as a way of honoring yourself as the creators of your own life. Your life
is a mirror reflection of what you are living on the inside. Look around.
What do you see? Could your life benefit from good daily dose of self
appreciation? When we are unhappy its because we no longer have our self esteem.
We are unhappy because we no longer believe we are a special miracle, a special
creation of God as we have lost faith in ourselves. Learn to appreciate the
wonder of you as you express sincere appreciation and thanks for the miracles
that exist around you and within you. Your self-esteem determines how you treat
yourself physically, mentally and emotionally. Accept yourself for who you are.
Your perception of yourself will reflect how you act and behave.

Remember you attract what you appreciate and you will repel what you depreciate. Envy is a symptom of lack of appreciation of our own uniqueness and self worth. Each of
us has something to give that no one else has and the worst loneliness is not to
be comfortable with yourself. As you learn to love and appreciate yourself, all
the things that you would like to develop in your life can now begin to
manifest. When you are in the state of appreciating, radiating the purest of
energy, you are also in the state of allowing those good things to come into
your life. Focusing and appreciating the love that you give to the world will
bring more love into your life. Loving ourselves is the measure by which we
should love others. Remember that, that which you feel will manifest in your
life. What are you feeling? What are you radiating? What are you attracting
into your experience?

YOU, are the foundation for which all things are built upon, or come forth from. You are the creator of your own world and your own experience and therefore it is of
utmost importance that you begin to see yourself in a new way. In a powerful and
joyous way. You will find that your ability to create prosperity in your life
increases exponentially. Know there is nothing more important than self
appreciation...when you self appreciate, you come from a place of deserving good
in your life, and you will increase and allow the flow of prosperity in your
life. We should love and appreciate our selves. The events may come and go ,but
the love for ourselves is constant and true. The thoughts in our mind should be
full of love for ourselves. We should develop unconditional love for ourselves. If
we love ourselves we can be loved by others and we can also love others and we
will feel a greater appreciation from others, because by self love we can work in
a magnificent manner.Love is our birth right. We can not think bad about
ourselves, expect the thought of love and this love will make all our works good
and we will be able to appreciate ourselves in every step of life.

Put yourself first...

~ Declare your uniqueness. There will never be another you.

~ Practice "extreme self-care", Take good care of you. Your body, your physical space, your emotions needs a daily dose of TLC.

~ Know and affirm: I accept myself just as I am.

~ Know that you are a perfect being, here to create your life and create
freedom.

~ Acknowledge your gifts and strengths.

~ Listen to your inner being, your intuition for it will not fail you.

~ Forgive yourself always. When you forgive yourself, you get in touch with who
you really are. You love and appreciate all that you are. Always insist on
yourself.... Never imitate.

~ Know you have nothing to "prove"

~ Allow and relax into "all is well" and knowing there is perfect balance in the world.

When you know you are doing your very best within the Circumstances of your existence, applaud yourself! Sometimes all we need is a little appreciation. At
the same time, let us not forget to appreciate others around us. If you look to
others for fulfillment, you will never truly be fulfilled. Appreciation means
some blend of thankfulness, admiration, approval, and gratitude daily. As the
saying goes: "Flatter me and I may not believe you. Criticize me and I may not
like you. Ignore me and I may not forgive you. Encourage me and I may not forget
you."

What you put out will assuredly comes back in one way or another. Of all the judgments we pass in life, none is more important than the judgment we pass on
ourselves. The more you sincerely appreciate life from the heart, the more the
magnetic energy of appreciation attracts fulfilling life experiences to you,
both personally and professionally. Learning how to appreciate more consistently
offers many benefits and applications. Appreciation is an easy heart frequency
to activate and it can help shift your perspectives quickly. Learning how to
appreciate both pleasant and even seemingly unpleasant experiences is a key to
increased fulfillment. You are pure positive energy. You have value. But you
must claim your value. When you look to others to validate it, you are, in that
moment, not claiming it for yourself. When you Undervalue what you do, the world
will undervalue who you are. People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle
and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty
is revealed only if there is light from within. Love is the great miracle cure.
Loving ourselves works miracles in our lives.

To establish true self esteem we must concentrate on our successes and forget the failures and the negatives in our lives. Be true to yourself. Live the life you
have envisioned for your self. Don't look to others for approval; look within,
and you will find it all. As long as your happiness depends on something outside
of yourself, your happinessis in someone else’s hands. Let nothing or no one
disturb your inner peace of mind, body, spirit and soul. Focus on who you are,
not what you are doing. In this way, you begin to get a different picture of
yourself. Stop struggling - allow yourself to be, and be who you are, not
who others think you ought to be. Self-appreciation is not about putting another
down, or thinking yourself better than another. It is about acknowledging the
greater part of yourself, the part of yourself that is tapped into Universal
knowledge - a power that can create miracles. It is about acknowledging the
truth of who you are. In truth, you are a child of the divine . . . More than
that - you are the divine. Appreciate and give thanks for all the blessings
that you so have, as you remember that your words are powerful and have a very
strong effect on you so make them Positive, Encouraging,Inspiring and
Uplifting!

Be thankful that you don 't already have everything you desire if you did what would there be to look forward to? Be thankful when you don't know something for
it gives you the opportunity to learn. Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow. Be thankful for your limitation because they give
you opportunities for improvement. Be thankful for each new challenge because it
will build your strength and character. Be thankful for your mistakes they will
teach you valuable lessons. Be thankful when you're tired and weary because it
means you've made a difference. It is easy to be thankful for the good things. A
life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.
GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for
your troubles and they can become your blessings.
