We have been investing in this amazing city for over a year now and have put many families into homes that they would have not otherwise been able to afford. I have also created opportunity for folks to buy a home, allow them to fix it up to code and rent out for additional income for themselves, now how cool is that? As long as the buyers are willing to do a little work , you can buy a home from me for way below market value. You will be able to buy homes from us and pay us on terms in most  cases. We will also begin to rent homes as our inventory increases. We are selling homes for less of a monthly payment then you would pay to rent, and in most cases you can own the home outright in 12-18 months. I do not feel that "same ole - same ole" is going to do a darn thing for the economy in Gary Indiana, so I promise to work towards rolling the cost back to a time when House payments and Rent payments were affordable. According to most budget professionals your monthly house payment should not exceed 25% or your monthly income, so that will be one my goals. We want to be able to provide you a home that will not exceed that number, this may not happen overnight but I promise to head in this direction.
